Completed 5/2021: Holiday Inn Express Brevard, NC – conveniently located in the heart of beautiful Brevard, offering tons of nearby shopping, hiking trails, waterfalls, Brevard College, and the National Forest. The guest rooms are expertly designed and the hotel offers well appointed amenities: outdoor pool, extensive fitness center, on-site guest laundry, 800 sf conference center, and continental breakfast area.
Completed 7/2020: Holiday Inn Express Greenville, SC – conveniently located just off I85 and the Greenville-Spartanburg airport, walking distance to lots of eateries, shopping venues, theater, and a grocery store. This hotel has the business professional in mind with the sleek design, convenient gathering areas, fitness area, and lots of guest room amenities geared for the busy schedule.
Completed 3/2020: Tropical Grille, Reidville Rd in Spartanburg – We are so proud to be part of this healthy alternative eating establishment. The food is delicious, fresh, prepared at order, and easy on the wallet.
Completed 4/2019: TRU Hilton of Seneca: Whether you’re vacationing at Lake Keowee, catching a Clemson game, or visiting for business, this will be your home away from home. Gorgeous and modern designed hotel.
Complete 10/2018: Holiday Inn Express of Gainesville, GA – located in the growing and bustling town of Gainesville, GA, just outside of Atlanta. This is a 94 guest room facility located on Dawsonville Hwy and close to everything. It has grand amenities: patio with fire pit; state of the art fitness area; beautifully appointed guest rooms; and lifestyle lounge.
Completed 6/2018: LEAD Academy Public Charter School (New School Facility) in Greenville, SC – 50,000 sf, 2-story new facility. This facility will educate grades K thru Eighth. LEAD Academy is an open-enrollment school with excellent core values. The staff at Lead has a firm “belief that all students can achieve at an exceptionally high level, regardless of background or circumstance.” We are very proud of the opportunity allotted us to be part of such an endeavor, teaching the next generations, for many more years ahead.
Completed 6/2018: Holiday Inn Express of Powdersville – 78 guest room facility located just off of I85 in Powdersville which is only a few minutes from beautiful down-town Greenville (ranked 29th in the nation by businessinsider as a beautiful place to live), and a short drive to several eateries including Cracker Barrel, just across the street.
Completed 4/2018: Anderson Career & Technology Lab Conference Center (Districts I & II) – an impressive addition to the existing campus, this 5,000 sf facility serves to support the school’s 20 programs that includes graphics, culinary arts, auto tech., and robotics. It also serves the community by offering a learning environment for civil service agencies and adult education classes.
Completed 3/2018: Construction is underway for the expansion and new addition of approximately 14,500 sf at the Enoree Career Center and Technology Lab in Greenville, SC that will house a state of the art culinary program, welding program, and machine tool program. Construction will also include an architectural/structural screen wall feature that will change the entire face of the existing structure, tying both the existing building and the new technology lab together for ultimate curb appeal.
Completed 9/2017: Anderson Area YMCA Addition & Renovation – expansion is set to start by March, 2017 and take approximately nine months to complete. The YMCA, in a prime location near AnMed Health Campus will add nearly 12,000 sf to its already existing 93,600 sf facility, marking the first major expansion since it opened 15 years ago. This is already a remarkable facility, housing the only indoor swimming pool in Anderson County. The prime focus of the expansion is to create dedicated areas for functional training, such as a “virtual ride” cycling studio, CrossFit, Pilates, and TRX. Renovations will also be completed at the existing facility which includes the main fitness area, locker rooms, and a redesign of the front-desk area.
Completed 2/2017: AnMed LCI Third Floor Upfit – a beautiful new floor at the AnMed Health Campus to benefit and treat oncology care patients. This will be an enormous benefit to the community in offering cancer treatment here in Anderson.
Completed 2/2017: Holiday Inn Express of Greenwood– This is a gorgeous 86 guest room facility featuring nicely appointed, relaxing rooms; outdoor pool; business and conference room; state of the art fitness area; patio with fire pit; lifestyle lounge, and other must-see amenities.
Completed 12/2016: The new and highly anticipated AnMed Clemson Medical Office Building, is an impressive 25,559 sq ft brick exterior, structural framing, cupola accent, with extensive custom millwork in reception and waiting areas that create an ambiance of elegance and charm. This is the First of its kind in Clemson and a prototype for AnMed Health. It contains numerous doctors’ offices, exam rooms, and the imaging technology includes: CT, X-Ray, Mammogram, and Ultrasound. There is also 650 sq ft shell space for future upfit of a physical therapy department and an additional 1440 sq ft open area for future medical potential.
Completed 8/2016: Anderson School District Five’s TL Hanna High School and Westside High School, have a great deal to boast about this school year. New field houses and band storage buildings were recently finished at the end of 2016 for both schools. Each has the same floor plan with nearly 18,000 sf. School officials say the buildings rival those at a college level. The field houses consist of state of the art training/weight rooms, locker rooms, a coach’s office, a storage equipment room, and a couple of meeting rooms. As TL Hanna Athletic Director, John Cann, put it, “It’s an incredible facility. For them (students) to have this equipment and facilities, opens doors for male and female athletes.” Anderson School District 5 Superintendent Tom Wilson even said, “I’m very pleased. I think we’ll be the envy of the state of South Carolina. The bar has been raised.” In addition, both high schools had their running tracks resurfaced. We were proud to be part of this process as well.
